someone asked me the same question once and i wrote pixlr o matic, but i am not sure.. there are so many iphone cam apps and i can’t really search for the simillar effects, because i don’t have an iphone..maybe Leme camera(my friend has it and it makes such a similar photos as miley’s are)? :)
